■ DAILY PREPARATION

The work no one sees!

Golf is Hard! Professional Golf is REALLY Hard! To succeed, a player has to have determination and grit. A player has to have a short memory. A player also has to practice -- A Lot!

What's an average week for Alex when he's not playing? 6-8 hours per day going through a variety of practice scenarios from putting through tee shots. Lessons from his teacher, Rob Noel. Mental exercises with Rob Bell. And occasionally enjoying a round with friends and parents.

/ THE GRIND

Managing Everything!

The goal is the PGA Tour.

Every swing is calibrated. Every target is mathematically defined. We treat athletic development as an engineering problem where the only acceptable outcome is progress.
